Mixed Use Development combining 3
 shops, Office & Private House. London 2005. Research


The Client a developer asked us to develop a scheme for a site in central London. The 3 existing shops had become derelict. The brief was to reconfigure the 3 shops and combine the upper floors into an office and town house.


The shops use the ground floor and basement. The upper 2 floor are manipulated to form a town house on 3 floor and an office separated by a new alley/passageway to the rear of the property to create off-street parking. A small roof terrace is placed on the roof of one of the properties accessed from the upper most floor of the house to afford views of London.
